This project is enabling drivers, especially the deaf people to notice ambulance,police cars, and fire engine as soon as possible because
many car owners ignore the surrounding police cars, ambulances, etc., especially when these cars don’t ring the bell. Besides, it could help
those deaf people to notice these kind of cars and give way under these emergency situation.
